C.R. Laurence BP5CA Clear Anodized 5″ x 5″ Square Base Plate offers a robust foundation for your railing systems, designed specifically for 2-3/8″ (60 mm) square aluminum posts. This base plate is available in seven standard colors, plus an unfinished chromate option, allowing for a customized aesthetic tailored to your project needs.Engineered for versatility, the BP5CA is compatible with all standard railings, ensuring seamless integration into your existing framework. The unique offset design allows vertical posts to attach conveniently to one side of the base plate, enhancing structural stability. Each plate is countersunk to accommodate four Cat. No. BPS112 Base Plate Screws, which securely anchor it to the substrate using concrete anchors or lag bolts. For added protection against moisture, a Moisture Barrier Gasket (Cat. No. BPG1BL) is included with each base plate. To achieve a polished finish, consider using stainless steel washers (WSHR1) and color match bolt cover buttons (BTN1). With a thickness of 3/8 in. (10 mm) and a clear anodized aluminum finish, this base plate not only meets functional requirements but also elevates the overall look of your installation.

CRL Standard Square Base Plates screw into Vertical Post raceways. They are countersunk to accept four Cat. No. BPS112 Base Plate Screws, then attached to the substrate with our Concrete Anchors or Lag Bolts. Use Stainless Steel Washers (WSHR1) and Color Match Bolt Cover Buttons (BTN1) to add a finished look. The BP05 Offset Base Plate design allows vertical posts to attach to one side of the Base Plate. One each Moisture Barrier Gasket Cat. No. BPG1BL is included with each Base Plate.
