C.R. Laurence BP05S Metallic Silver 5″ x 5″ Offset Base Plate is expertly designed to provide a robust foundation for your railing systems. Crafted from durable aluminum, this base plate features a silver metallic finish that not only enhances its aesthetic appeal but also ensures longevity and resistance to the elements. With a base plate diameter of 5 inches and a thickness of 3/8 inch, the BP05S offers stability and strength for 2-3/8″ (60 mm) square aluminum posts. The offset design allows for easy attachment of vertical posts, making installation straightforward and efficient. Each base plate is countersunk to accommodate four Cat. No. BPS112 Base Plate Screws, which can be secured to your substrate using appropriate concrete anchors or lag bolts. To achieve a polished look, consider pairing it with stainless steel washers (WSHR1) and color match bolt cover buttons (BTN1). Included with every base plate is a moisture barrier gasket (Cat. No. BPG1BL) for added protection against moisture intrusion. Available in seven standard colors, plus unfinished chromate for custom projects, the BP05S is an excellent choice for both professional and residential applications. CRL Standard Square Base Plates screw into Vertical Post raceways. They are countersunk to accept four Cat. No. BPS112 Base Plate Screws, then attached to the substrate with our Concrete Anchors or Lag Bolts. Use Stainless Steel Washers (WSHR1) and Color Match Bolt Cover Buttons (BTN1) to add a finished look. The BP05 Offset Base Plate design allows vertical posts to attach to one side of the Base Plate. One each Moisture Barrier Gasket Cat. No. BPG1BL is included with each Base Plate.
