This pivot set excels in both flush face frame installations and 1/8″ recessed door applications, making it a versatile choice for various projects. However, please note that it is not suitable for center hung doors. Crafted from precision aluminum diecast, this pivot set can support aluminum doors weighing up to 125 pounds, ensuring durability and reliability. The 3/4″ offset application enhances its functionality, while the full race ball bearing paired with an Oilite bronze bushing provides smooth operation. For doors up to 90″ in height, a single intermediate pivot is advisable, with an additional pivot recommended for every extra 30″ of height. Installation is made straightforward with a fully retractable case-hardened pin and easy vertical adjustment. The TH1100-INT-AL is available in two finishes: Duronodic and Aluminum, allowing for seamless integration into any design scheme. Intermediate pivots are intended for doors taller than 83″ that require additional support to keep the middle of the door in line with the pivots at the top and bottom. For use on both flush face frame installations and 1/8″ recessed door applications. The pivots cannot be used on center hung doors. Suitable for aluminum doors weighing up to 125 pounds.
