For projects requiring additional corrosion resistance, stainless alloy 316 can be ordered upon request. Each unit includes a 1/4″ x 2″ lag screw and a 1/4″ nylon spacer to facilitate a secure installation. To achieve a permanent bond, CRL recommends using the Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement. While stainless steel is resistant to corrosion, it is important to note that it is not entirely rust or stain-proof. Regular maintenance is suggested to preserve its factory finish. CRL Premium Square Stabilizing End Caps easily slip into our Premium Square Cap Railing. Use of Cat. No. 32629 Metal Contact Cement is required to achieve a secure and permanent bond. Standard stainless alloy is 304. Stainless alloy 316 is available on special order. Includes: 1/4″ x 2″ (6 x 50.8 mm) Lag Screw with 1/4″ (6 mm) nylon spacer.
